A man lives on the 17th floor of an apartment building. Every morning, he takes the lift down to the ground floor. In the evening, he goes into the lift and if it's raining, he goes directly back to the 17th floor. Otherwise, he goes to the 10th floor and climbs up 7 flights of stairs. Why?
